No one is allowed to copy, share, post, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, any media platform, written on paper, photographs of documents, JPEG's, copy, paste, or anything that gives the knowledge to a third party other than who is specified in the previous paragraph.

Canna chef foods and Matthew chase retain the right to refuse or revoke services to anyone, for any reason, at any time, with no refund.

You are granted a limited license, subject to the restrictions entailed in these Terms and Conditions, for purposes of viewing this Website's content. No content may be used on any other platform, publication, website or home page unless otherwise agreed to my Canna Chef Foods CEO, COO or the media manager. We support and encourage any private pictures from clients and may repost the content on our website. By sending in pictures you allow CCF to display them.

Canna Chef Foods:

Is privately owned by the CEO /Sole owner: Matthew R. Chase. M.R.Chase alone has the right to speak on behalf of Canna Chef Foods. 

Any "Free Samples" requests must be accompanied by a shipping label. Priority prepaid labels preferred, FedEx or UPS shipping labels accepted. Shipping ranges from $5.50 - $11 depending on size of samples. Please prepay label and send as PDF to email directed. Company email, distributors email, or wholesale email.

Pricing: is subject to change without notice, consent, or permission from any distributors- wholesalers-customers –chefs or influencers nationwide.

Stock bonuses/hiring bonus:

Stock bonuses and hiring bonuses will be awarded after the agreed upon time with the company has been completed. Should the contract not be completed depending on the circumstance (decided by the board) the employee may be offered some sort of buyout at a reduced percentage of cost/value.

Sales: Sales positions are not guaranteed and will only be offered to exceptional candidates consisting of experience, positive personality deem so by Chase and CCF food representatives, previous job history, work experience, punctuality, shared ethics, outstanding performance in services with the community or and any donation of services or time. Standalone clients or employees go get priority. Prior military service will put your application to the top out of respect to our nation and your service. A large list of contacts with prior experience in the cannabis field will also put you in first review status with CCF.

Contracts:

All contracts for the sales, distribution, wholesale, employment, legal, or anything related to canna chef foods must be done by the senior board member, CEO or COO. No person other than a senior member may negotiate any contracts in any way or form. Salesman, distributors, wholesalers are not authorized to speak on behalf of Canna Chef foods or commit to any contracts without senior board member approval. Any contracts negotiated without a senior member present or void and will not be honored by the company due to lack of representation.

Distribution contracts: All contracts and people representing the agreement in the contract will adhere to the terms and conditions of the distribution and or the regional distribution contracts. All people representing canna chef foods must treat every person equally and with respect. Any complaints will be investigated and the termination of any and all existing contracts will be terminated if Canna Chef Foods deems if necessary. We reserve the right to terminate contracts at any time, without notice, for any misconduct allegations found to be true.

Verbal Contracts:

For a contract to be valid with Canna Chef foods and or Matthew chase it must be in writing. Verbal contracts must be put into writing to be honored. All verbal contracts not put in to writing within 3 business days. Verbal agreements not put in to writing within the 3 business days will not be valid or honored by Canna Chef foods or Matthew R. Chase.

Freelance sales promotion for commission:

Any sales representative, freelance, hired, company supported, company endorsed, distributor, wholesaler, private party assumes the risk of sales with products. Canna chef foods cannot guarantee the quantity of units sold, if units will be sold, where to sell them, and what means to sell them, to get two locations to sell them, to provide a location to sell them, or any other challenges, benefits, opportunities, contacts, that may arise in the representation of selling products. Each individual, company, LLC, party, host assumes responsibility for selling the product for themselves. Canna chef foods supports the sales and will agree to a written contract for the payment or distributions of funds. A contract must be in place within three business days for canna chef foods to honor any verbal agreement. The individual assumes the responsibility to reach out to Canna Chef foods for the contract. It is the responsibility of the promoter, salesman, company to contact Canna Chef Foods foods for the contract and to set terms in negotiations. All negotiations will be handled by a senior member of Canna Chef foods. No salesman, wholesaler, representative has the authorization to negotiate any contracts. All contracts must be negotiated by a senior member of the company.

Commission sales:

Any company, person, representative who has earned commission sales Will be paid in accordance with the contract. You will be paid on the date specified on the contract. The funds will be paid to the party specified in the contract. If you have chosen to purchase company stock, stock option, investment opportunities, the allotment of pay will be put into the method chosen on the contract. For any questions about commission sales please see the contract signed by both parties.

In-Person training + Online Course:

In person training includes travel for two days as specified in the description when purchased. Airfare, hotel, shuttle to and from hotel will be paid for from the ticket price. Additional charges for East Coast – New York, Florida, any East coastal states. The additional charge will be paid for by the host. The additional charge is due to travel cost, fuel, time, quality of travel, available options, or personal comfort. One Chef will come to restaurant location and help train staff to understand cannabis infusion methods. One Chef will be on site for eight hours, seven hours of work with one hour lunch. Chef on site reserves the right to revoke service with no refund if uncomfortable, unsafe, experiences any sexism, racism, verbal and or physical abuse, sexual misconduct, bribery, bullying, theft, accused of any of the previous or following actions. If chefs feel unsafe and Can longer perform their duties they may contact Canna Chef foods corporate and seek advice. The on-site CCF Chefs have first, last, and final say on comfort and safety. The Chef & Canna Chef foods reserve the right to refuse service, revoke service, and service, for any reason, at any time, with no refund to host.

Online Courses:

Online purchases entitle you to one workbook (may vary from loose pages with holes punched- binder ready-to complete bound workbook.) One Digital PDF file with slides. One access code exclusive to individual for tracking purposes – may not be shared outside of the work location. Please buy one course per lead/head chef. You will have access to our library for a minimum of one year unless otherwise specified by contract. First access to online classes, forms, speaking, VR, chat rooms. This is a first come first serve basis ( per ticket allotment) it only gives you priority against non-online graduate certificate holders. Canna chef food certificate holders will be equal and on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to give tickets to anyone for achievement, personal events, rewards, or promotion without notice at anytime we choose.

NFT style art:

Art is only available through projects associated with Canna Chef foods. We prohibit the use of any artwork that has not been awarded through either the training program or through the select purchase of four catalog spices. We do not authorize the use of any art with any other company without written consent. Any use of the Cannes chef Art will be considered theft and be reported to local authorities. The ownership of all NFT style art will remain with Cana Chef Foods unless otherwise specifically stated in the contract. Students, scholarships, promotions, or any other type of giveaways or share the ability for the recipient to use indefinitely or until otherwise stated in the contract. Cana Chef foods reserves the right to revoke use of any said NFT style art at any time without notice. The NFT style Cana Chef foods art is for promotional use and directly reflects the image of the company. Anybody using canna chef food style Art must adhere to the companies policies and bylaws for continuous use for self-promotion and or product labels.

Canna Chef Foods retains the right to refuse or revoke services to anyone, for any reason, at any time, without notice and with no refund.
We also retain the right to terminate contracts for any misconduct, theft, criminal complaints, sexual misconduct allegations, discrimination, attitude, ethics, & views.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

If any product is damaged during shipping we will replace it with with the same product. Picture of proof required.
If the product is defective we will replace the product.

We will cover shipping on all damaged or defective products.
No returns or exchanges on any physical products unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Talents, influencers, promotions:

In most cases a contract for pictures will be put into place. When more than one space is given for promotion a contract will be in place. People who successfully complete the contract will have access to an FT – some influencers or talents may receive but should not expect promotional items such as spices, NFT, apparel, candy, products collaborate and or produced by CCF.

Chefs, scholarships, internship, sponsorship:

Promotions to intern, scholarship, chefs, sponsorship is done on a case by case basis and subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact a credible CCF representative for current standings on the outreach program.

Canna chef foods retains the right to refuse or revoke services to anyone, for any reason, at any time, with no refund for misconduct.
